Owning a home comes with so much responsibility that we sometimes forget the additional details. This module was devised to help avoid the run-around in searching for those documents. Instead, you’ll have quick and easy access to mortgage details, collateral, insurance information or liens held on your humble abode, saving you a whole lot of time and effort.

It would be crazy of us to assume you had all the answers, which is why all your key contacts can be stored in this section too, whether that be lawyers, brokers or real estate agents. Having this all in one place is hopefully going to relieve a ton of your household admin.

This isn’t to say that renters are not prone to residential headaches – there are some lousy landlords out there! It can be tricky to fully grasp what the perks of your rental property are and what you’re going to have to use your initiative for. Here you can keep track of all the admin and contacts related to your residence such as rental agreements, utilities provided, landlord details and estate agent information.
